Currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Aetna, United Healthcare, and Medicare. In most instances, medical nutrition counseling is covered when referred by your physician.

 

We will gladly check your insurance coverage for you or share our self-pay options.

If not in network, we can provide a super bill for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
